    RedHolt is seeking an experienced Project Manager – AV to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Audio-Visual (AV), IT, and Smart Building integration projects across the GCC. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of AV/IT integration projects, including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
    • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking.
    • Coordinate internal engineering teams and manage subcontractor performance.
    • Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, change orders, and approvals.
    • Manage project budgets, procurement, supplier negotiations, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards, UAE regulations, and client requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
    • 5–8 years’ experience managing AV, IT, ELV, or Smart Building projects (corporate, commercial, or hospitality sectors preferred).
    • Strong technical knowledge of AV/IT systems, networking, and structured cabling.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project documentation workflows.
