Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall construction execution of marine and coastal projects.
• Oversee construction of breakwaters, quay wall rock structures, and beach profiling works.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and construction strategies.
• Control project budgets, costs, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Marine Civil Projects.
• Strong experience in budget management and cost control.
• In-depth understanding of contractual obligations and contract management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE processes.
