Key Responsibilities

• Manage yacht newbuild and refit projects from conception through to successful delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the yachting, marine, or luxury asset industry.
• Strong understanding of yacht construction, refit processes, and relevant marine regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple high-profile stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
