Key Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle.
- Managing project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate resolutions.
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
