Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful closure of complex technology projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and conduct thorough risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and company methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience as a Project Manager, ideally within manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
