Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize electro-mechanical and HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, including engineers and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the maintenance and installation of central air conditioning, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, quality regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in electro-mechanical, HVAC, or related contracting fields.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder and team management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
