Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of application development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope and requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure project success.
• Implement and optimize Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting of project status to all relevant parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, specifically with application development and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) or PMP is a strong advantage.
