    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. PMP certification preferred.
    • Experience: 15 years of experience in buildings and healthcare facilities, with at least 7 years in a project manager role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary interface between the client, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
    • Lead project governance processes, including approvals, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Oversee design development and review for compliance with hospital/Building codes.
    • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
    • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Assist the client in contractor evaluations, tendering, and change order management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
    • PMP certification preferred.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in buildings and healthcare facilities, with at least 7 years in a project manager role.
    • Deep understanding of regulations, codes, and authority processes.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
