- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in buildings and healthcare facilities, with at least 7 years in a project manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the client, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead project governance processes, including approvals, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee design development and review for compliance with hospital/Building codes.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist the client in contractor evaluations, tendering, and change order management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in buildings and healthcare facilities, with at least 7 years in a project manager role.
- Deep understanding of regulations, codes, and authority processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
