We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Luxury Fit-Out to lead the delivery of high-end residential and luxury villa projects in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional quality, precise execution, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead luxury fit-out projects from mobilization to handover and final account closure.
- Manage programme, cost, quality, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee high-end finishes including marble, stone, bespoke joinery, decorative ceilings, and specialty works.
- Coordinate architectural works with complex MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, ELV, AV, smart systems).
- Drive cost control, variations, subcontractor management, and progress certifications.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in luxury interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record in delivering luxury villas, high-end residential, and premium hospitality projects in Dubai.
- Proven background with Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractors, PMC, or Client-side teams.
- Strong experience in commercial and contractual management, including budget control, cost forecasting, variation management, subcontractor procurement, and progress payment certification.
- Strong expertise in high-end finishes, bespoke works, and fast-track luxury projects.
- Solid commercial, contractual, and cost management experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements.
