Job Overview
ABYAT, a leading home finishing and furnishing company in the region, is seeking a Project Planner (Immediate Joiner) for its Riyadh operations. The role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring interior projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera, MS Project, and Excel.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams.
- Break down project scope into work packages with milestones and deliverables.
- Track progress against master schedules and highlight risks or delays.
- Revise schedules as needed based on scope changes or client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
- Prepare project reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress charts.
- Maintain records of delays, variations, and EOT claims.
- Attend progress meetings and present project status updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in project planning, analysis, or controls.
- Background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools.
- Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
