Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities and operations.
- Ensure all projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
- Implement and strictly enforce site safety procedures and protocols.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably within real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, relevant building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software is a distinct advantage.
