Job Overview
Tamani Properties is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to drive sales and leasing across Dubai’s prime communities. You’ll advise clients on investments, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions end-to-end with transparency and exceptional service. Working with top developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC), you’ll leverage market data and strong relationships to meet targets while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and manage buyers/tenants; maintain a strong pipeline and CRM hygiene.
- Conduct property tours, comparative market analyses (CMA), and pricing advisories.
- Prepare and process MOUs, Form A/B, tenancy contracts, and required documentation.
- Coordinate listings, photography, ads, and portal marketing to maximize exposure.
- Negotiate offers; liaise with developers, mortgage advisors, and conveyancing teams to completion.
- Stay current on RERA regulations, community updates, and off-plan launches.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ real estate sales experience in the UAE preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills; multilingual a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, and transaction flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Self-driven team player with high integrity and professionalism.
