The ideal candidate must be well-versed with DIFC procedures, have hands-on experience in employment and dependent visa services, and be able to support employees and their families throughout all stages of the visa process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle DIFC employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
    • Manage Trade License renewals, DIFC cards issuance, establishment card updates, and related filings.
    • Process dependent visas for employees’ family members.
    • Provide pick-up and drop-off support for employees or dependents during medicals, biometrics, and other visa-related appointments (as required).
    • Coordinate business visas including US, UK, Schengen/European visas, and other countries as required, supporting documentation and appointment processes.
    • Ensure timely submission of all documents via the DIFC portal and maintain accurate tracking of all cases.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a PRO role, with strong DIFC experience (mandatory).
    • Solid knowledge of DIFC portal processes and government procedures.
    • Experience handling business visas (US, UK, Schengen/Europe, and other countries).
    • Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and urgency.
