    Moove is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government, legal, and regulatory affairs related to the company’s limousine and bike delivery operations in the UAE. This role involves handling visas, RTA permits, trade licenses, and ensuring compliance with UAE government entities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for drivers, riders, and staff.
    • Coordinate vehicle registration, renewal, and inspection for limousines and bikes with RTA.
    • Liaise with Dubai Police and Traffic Department for accident reports and driver-related cases.
    • Handle trade license renewals and new applications with Dubai Economy (DED).
    • Serve as the primary company representative for all government-related matters.
    • Prepare periodic reports for management covering visa status, RTA renewals, and license updates.

    Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor, transport, traffic, and commercial laws.
    • Proven experience liaising with RTA, DED, Dubai Police, Courts, MOHRE, and GDRFA.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.
    • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
    • Minimum 5–7 years of PRO experience in UAE, preferably within transportation, limousine, or delivery sectors.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
