Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice queries.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
