Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice queries.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
