Kazema Portable Toilets is seeking a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Purchasing Assistant in Umm Al Quwain. The role supports procurement activities, prepares purchase orders, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain accurate entries in the system and update purchase records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery.
• Track deliveries and assist with basic inventory-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative coordination (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
