Everllence is seeking an Entry-level Purchasing Officer to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is crucial in supporting the procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and services for the company’s innovative climate technology initiatives, contributing to global decarbonization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company policies and procedures.
• Support the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other vital supply chain data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements to prevent shortages and disruptions.
• Contribute to the optimization of supply chain processes and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
