Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to daily incoming emails and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate shipping documents with vendors and track purchase orders.
- Assist the sales team with product availability and delivery updates.
- Follow up with FANR and MOHAP for pending permit approvals.
- Verify monthly GICC invoices and support Finance on related inquiries.
- Prepare Loan Agreement letters when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
- Strong understanding of import/shipping documents and vendor coordination.
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
