Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices for materials and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other supplier data.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Evaluate supplier performance and build strong, collaborative relationships with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement role (2 Year+).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes, policies, and procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
