Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure project success.
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within EPC projects or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
