Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for in-line inspection services.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.
  • Analyze inspection data, identify potential issues, and prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to effectively resolve quality-related discrepancies.
  • Monitor the performance of equipment, tools, and processes to ensure consistent high quality and reliability.
  • Participate actively in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably within the oil & gas or pipeline inspection industry.
  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of international quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures accurately.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication and documentation.
