Key Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC plans and procedures for civil and fit-out projects.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide guidance.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Support audits and assist in preparing quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of QA/QC experience in civil and fit-out works.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
• Understanding of local and international construction standards and codes.
