Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished bakery products.
• Ensure all products meet established food safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the production facility to ensure compliance.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Entry-level position, open to fresh graduates in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
