Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Quality and Food Safety (QFS) standards and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
  • Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on QFS performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain high product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Quality Assurance or Food Safety role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QFS systems, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
