Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality control processes and procedures for dairy products.
- Perform regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Document quality issues, non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain stringent sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance programs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably within food manufacturing or dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential for daily operations and documentation.
