Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of real estate services across all business units.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality standards into daily operations.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
