Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for consulting services.
- Monitor and evaluate project delivery to ensure strict adherence to international standards and client expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team to conduct thorough quality audits and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and Finance teams to integrate quality practices into all service offerings.
- Provide essential training and guidance to staff on best practices in quality management and compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and concerns regarding service quality in East Africa.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding and application of various quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address complex quality issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel within East Africa as required to manage projects and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
