Key Responsibilities

• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
• Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspections including material inspections.
• Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
• Ensure that all the testing’s are being conducted as per approved method statement & ITP.
• Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ Years of relevant work experience in High Rise Tower Projects.
• Experience with Civil, Architectural, and ID inspections.
• Familiarity with QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report preparation.
• Ability to liaise with consultants for issue resolution.
• Knowledge of snagging & de snagging works for architectural & ID finish.
