Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures across warehouses and departments.
- Perform field inspections to verify proper execution of loading, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
- Review productivity reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct audits on documents, loading procedures, imaging, delivery, and storage.
- Investigate operational gaps, damages, or losses and identify root causes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational management.
- Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to enforce standards and procedures.
