Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain robust quality control standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
