Job Overview

Tetra Pak, in partnership with Experis Academy, is seeking a SAP Support Governance & Quality Coordinator to join its Lund team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of SAP S/4HANA service delivery while ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence. With hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured specialization program, you’ll gain expertise in IT service management and vendor governance—leading toward a permanent role at Tetra Pak.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Own and refine IT service operations for SAP S/4HANA.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Stay updated on vendor developments and leverage new innovations.
• Conduct quality checks on incident handling, documentation, and change records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to align service delivery with organizational needs.

Requirements

• Completed university/college degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lund (partial remote possible).
• Previous IT service experience or ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in international teams.
