Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Monitor product/service quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues and defects efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, typically 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
