Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Monitor product/service quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues and defects efficiently.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, typically 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
