Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance and training.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality inspection standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections across various stages of production.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all internal quality policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within manufacturing, preferably food & beverage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
