Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, methodologies, and systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to teams on quality standards, tools, and procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate quality requirements throughout product development and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and managing complex quality systems, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Proven experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certification and auditing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing and technology-driven environment.
