Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished coffee products.
- Perform sensory evaluations and physical/chemical tests to ensure product specifications are met.
- Document and report quality control results accurately and maintain records.
- Monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards and identify deviations.
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality-related issues and non-conformances.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or technician role, preferably in the food & beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies.
- Ability to perform precise measurements and follow detailed procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software.
