Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance quantitative models and trading algorithms.
- Maintain and optimize existing trading infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform backtesting and simulation of trading strategies.
- Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and efficiency of quantitative systems.
- Contribute to code reviews and uphold best practices in software development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Developer or in a similar role within fintech.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, quantitative finance, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with large datasets and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
