Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects.
• Manage and monitor all project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial control.
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises to optimize project expenditure.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
• Evaluate contractor claims and variations, providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding all financial aspects of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in residential or luxury construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant local building regulations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
