Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and analyze blueprints.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
