Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day quantity calculations based on project surveyor input.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quantity reports for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Assist in rate analysis and tender pricing activities.
- Undertake cost analysis for repair, maintenance, and commercial projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs based on contract drawings and specifications.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and manage commercial risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in related industries.
- Experience preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with procurement strategies and contractual claims.
