    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute day-to-day quantity calculations based on project surveyor input.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly quantity reports for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
    • Assist in rate analysis and tender pricing activities.
    • Undertake cost analysis for repair, maintenance, and commercial projects.
    • Perform quantity take-offs based on contract drawings and specifications.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and manage commercial risks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in related industries.
    • Experience preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
    • Knowledge of cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering.
    • Familiarity with procurement strategies and contractual claims.
