Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts for Nokia’s radio solutions within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and align Nokia’s portfolio with customer requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in account management or sales within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on radio technologies.
- Deep understanding of radio access network (RAN) architectures, 5G, and related solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
