Key Responsibilities
- Collecting property information and arranging marketing materials.
- Staying updated on residential property market rules and regulations in Dubai.
- Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiating with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
- Monitoring sales and lets with assistance from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Generating new business through the company database and networking.
Requirements
- Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Presentable, professional, and honest demeanor.
- Strong networking skills and a hard-working attitude.
- UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle options available at your expense).
