    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with consultants to develop concept designs aligned with client objectives.
    • Direct and monitor project execution to meet design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Oversee commissioning, testing, and final inspections.
    • Review tender documents and technical specifications for completeness.
    • Conduct site inspections, technical coordination, and risk management.
    • Ensure completion of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and warranties.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
    • UAE experience is mandatory – with consultancy houses, real estate developers, or equivalent family conglomerate projects.
    • Experience with projects worth AED 100M+.
    • Energetic, deadline-driven, and quality-focused mindset.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
