In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of contact center performance, ensuring service levels are met, and optimizing agent productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time contact center performance, including queue levels, service levels, and agent adherence.
  • Identify and communicate potential staffing or performance issues to operations and workforce management leadership.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of agents by managing breaks, lunches, and other non-productive activities.
  • Provide immediate support and guidance to agents regarding schedule adherence and system issues.
  • Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to optimize intraday strategies and achieve operational goals.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience in a contact center or operations environment, with a strong interest in real-time analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting effectively with various teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with WFM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
