Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time contact center performance, including queue levels, service levels, and agent adherence.
- Identify and communicate potential staffing or performance issues to operations and workforce management leadership.
- Ensure efficient utilization of agents by managing breaks, lunches, and other non-productive activities.
- Provide immediate support and guidance to agents regarding schedule adherence and system issues.
- Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to optimize intraday strategies and achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in a contact center or operations environment, with a strong interest in real-time analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting effectively with various teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with WFM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make quick, informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
