Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of school tours and open days.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the school calendar, events, and activities.
- Manage the absence mailbox, recording absences accurately on iSAMS and liaising with teachers as required.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing enquiries accurately and courteously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using CRM systems and administrative platforms.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role (school experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
