Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and manage clinic appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient consultations and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases as needed.
- Ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/insurance).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist role (preferably in aesthetic, dermatology clinics).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Excellent computer skills – MS Office.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or aesthetic procedures is a strong advantage.
- Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinic.
