Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying.
• Manage meeting room bookings and maintain appointment schedules.
• Address inquiries and assist guests or employees with relevant information.
• Maintain and organize front desk files and records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in office administration is a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
