Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and manage clinic appointments.
• Schedule and confirm patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update databases as needed.
• Ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/insurance).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist role (preferably in aesthetic, dermatology clinics).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology or aesthetic procedures is a strong advantage
• Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming
