    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate the front desk and welcome clients, partners, and visitors with professional and courteous reception standards.
    • Manage incoming calls and the PBX/switchboard—screen, route, and log calls accurately with strong telephone etiquette.
    • Coordinate meeting rooms, manage Outlook calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
    • Maintain visitor management systems, issue badges, and ensure security and confidentiality protocols are followed.
    • Handle incoming mail and courier services, basic document filing, and light office administration tasks to support consultants and support staff.
    • Escalate facilities or client-service issues promptly and liaise with facilities/office services to resolve on-site needs.

    Requirements

    • Fluent English (verbal and written)
    • Professional phone etiquette and switchboard/PBX operation
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook calendar management
    • Experience with appointment scheduling and visitor management systems
    • On-site availability in the UAE and valid work authorization
