Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate staff or departments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating events.

Requirements
