Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, payments, and tracking for pool, beach, and recreation facilities.
• Create a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and members.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels efficiently.
• Promote classes, activities, and services offered within the club.
• Post charges accurately and follow correct accounting procedures.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma/degree in hospitality.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle complaints and work under pressure.
• Positive, smiley, and approachable character.
• Computer skills are an advantage.
